Some dogs I've groomed...

I thought I"d show y'all some of the dogs I've groomed. These are before and after pics...

This little toy poodle is 14 yo! I couldn't believe how great he looked and acted. He got a shave all over with a poodle topknot and a donut moustache. And I'm NOT choking him in that one pic....I was just helping him pose properly for the pic!!

This was a little who-knows-what. Probably a terrier/lhasa mix.

And a Pomeranian....he got a "lion cut". I wonder why it's called that....:D

And this had to be the most badly behaved canine on the planet! I don't know why I was smiling. :D Anyway, he's a lhasa (mix?). He turned out OK, considering how badly he behaved himself.

OK, hope y'all enjoyed seeing those!! Everyone else posts pics of their hobbies/jobs (Jenna and her goats being an example. :D) so I thought that perhaps I would do the same!
And on a side note...mom told me to tell you that she is writing a book about our testimony, so you can read that to find out about our experiances. I'll still probably write a post about it though; not everyone is going to want to read her book. ;)
In Christ,

First, I love your header picture!

I did enjoy seeing what you work on each day;) Shaving a dog is kind of like shaving a goat, isn't it lol?! The feet are the hardest if you ask me:)

I look forward to hearing more about your testimony~

Your friend,
Jenna

Oh, thanks!! We get sunsets like that over here all the time! I think it's beautiful. :)

You know, I don't know if it's like shaving a goat or not, seeing as I've never done that. :D But I doubt it would be too much different; the goat's just bigger. :D ;) And also, you don't have to "style" a goat. Sometimes ppl want specific patterns and stuff; for example, a Westie trim for a Westie. And so in that aspect it is different from goat grooming. ;)

Oh, I"m sorry that I didn't let you know I'd but my blog back up!! I just kinda assumed you knew. ::) Guess I shouldn't assume that...well, I'm glad you checked back. :D I always enjoy getting comments...:)

Very nice, you do a great job, however I can't imagine ever wanting a dog to look like the lion cut:)

Thanks! Yes, I know, it looks silly. It looks better when you actually trim it to look like a real lion's mane. And if the hair would stand up the mane would look a bit better. ;)
